of its 4-day Champions’ Conclave Meeting.
Dell India has assigned to EZGreece DMC the organization of its 4-day Champions’ Conclave Meeting that was held in Athens, from January 29th to February 1st, 2018, for 88 Dell Partners.
The guests enjoyed the luxury of a historic landmark 5* hotel in the heart of Athens, perfectly adjusted to have the Ancient Greece atmosphere for holding their meeting. They experienced two different team building activities and guided tours to Athens historical monuments!

- Welcome Desk & Airport pick up
- Hospitality Desk Accommodation in the 5* hotel Grand Bretagne
- An “Ancient Greek” themed Welcome Party, at the roof top of Royal Olympic hotel, overlooking the temple of Jeus. Guests were welcomed by the drums of Ancient Greek drummers and Ancient Greek priestessesholding lit torches, while inside, they were taken by surprise by the living statues of Ancient Greek Gods of Olympus. The Olympic Flame Ceremony with ceremonial dancing, ancient Greek music and the head-priestess lighting the torch, followed by a real Greek feast under the sound of traditional Greek music, coming from a strolling trio -bouzouki, guitar and accordion.

- The “Olympic Games” Themed Activities (The Dell Olympic Games Greece 2018) at the Panathenaic Stadiumthe actual stadium that hosted the 1st Modern Olympic Games in 1896. A rewarding day simulating the Olympic Games with challenging and totally entertaining activities, where everyone could take part in and win special medals.
- Team Building Activity "Odyssey" in the historic center of Athens. An interactive "treasure hunt", where through missions, riddles and puzzles, the participants try to find their Ithaca.
- A Dinner Party atCoyoacan bar-restaurant.
- Accompanied Transports with luxury coaches throughout the 4 days
