The meetings were taking place in the Aristotelis Room, the biggest room of the hotel, but we also had to hire ten more rooms for different, smaller meetings. The Aristotelis Room was also used for the welcome party on the arrival day, where food stations and bars were spread around. The EZTeam designed a special tailor-made Marathon challenge in the city center of Athens. The race started from the Panathenaic Stadium, one of the main historic attractions, the unique marble Stadium in the world very well known as the Stadium of the first Modern Olympic Games. The idea of the challenge was based on the Greek history and the Authentic Athens Marathon that takes place every autumn. 

Our guests though, didn’t take the original route but, they ended up in Thissio for an exclusive Greek festivity. The EZTeam, booked all the restaurants on Iraklidon street and all of them were themed so to give a “summer in Greece” feeling to our guests. Innovative food and cocktails with a Greek twist, were served throughout the night, which fast turned into a Greek party in the heart of Athens, with the guests having the time of their life!

Lake Vouliagmeni, was idyllic for the closing of this trip and the farewell dinner of the group. A beat boxing band lit up the place with their thrilling and original covers of ultimate classic and new party hits.
