We offer you a week at the best setting so you can truly unplug, unwind and recharge. Join us onboard, let go of what you don’t need and reconnect to what is truly important.
Every morning we ’ll head to the beach to energize and activate with a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga practice as the sun rises. A gentle flow dynamic practice that will prepare you for the day. We ’ll end the practice with a refreshing swim before a delicious freshly prepared breakfast on board. We continue with our everyday hiking practice. A new terrain every day. After the evening session a delightful vegetarian dinner will await us.
Every retreat is different as we create a tailor-made experience considering the participants characteristics, abilities and experience.
No matter if you are an expert hiker or a total beginner we will practice at your level and taking care of your needs.
NOURISHING FOOD
Our chef designed a plant-based Mediterranean menu with plenty of locally grown fruits and vegetables. The diet is ovo-lacto-vegetarian and is designed to detox and nourish you. All food and beverages on board are provided, mostly local, organic and freshly prepared.
