- To increase female participation in IRONMAN 703 Greece, Costa Navarino 2020
- To increase the number of Greek female triathletes
- To link IRONMAN 70.3 Greece with the female empowerment, inspirational

Create an online community through a Facebook group to bring women together to:
- generate dialogue
- increase engagement, inspiration and support
- establish discussions about women and triathlon by sharing their personal stories, experience, fears and dreams
